The Ministry of Law and Justice has finalized plan to set up 120 accountability courts across the country, Haal TV reported on Thursday.
The spokesman for the Ministry of Law and Justice said that currently a total of 24 accountability courts are functioning in the country. The plan to set up 120 accountability courts across the country has been completed keeping in view the orders of the Supreme Court.
The spokesman further said that the plan will be presented to the Prime Minister Imran Khan for consideration very soon. Sources said that the federal government is accelerating the accountability process in the country, which requires the establishment of these courts.
